50% required upon booking
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
Payments can be made by cashiers checks, money orders, bank transfer, paypal or credit card.
In the event you need to cancel your reservation your deposit will not be returned. If you have paid in full and cancel two weeks or less before your arrival date 75% of your whole payment minus the cleaning fee will not be returned.
